New home design incorporating the shell of an old post-and-beam colonial frame into the new structure (3,800 sq. ft.)
Our charge
This is a fairly small lot on a busy street that backs up to open land with expansive views.
Most of the home is new construction behind the original, street-facing structure. A European-styled motor court was created to the side, thereby moving the entry back from the street and creating some privacy. The main living areas are behind the foyer, screened from the busy street and stretched across the rear of the lot for maximum exposure to the views.
